  8. Welcome to WINbye 16! This is a quick exit, restart, reboot utility 
  9. for Windows 3.1; it is freely distributable shareware. Registration 
  10. includes both this and the fully 32 bit Windows 95 version.

  12. After SETUP completes, you will be prompted to configure WINbye but 
  13. the program itself will not start up. Double-click on the 'WINbye 
  14. 2.1c' icon to start it minimized, then double-click on the minimized
  15. icon at the bottom of your screen when you want to use it. Please 
  16. see the Help file for the many other options.

  18. WINbye has been tested on a variety of personal computers and is 
  19. offered in the good faith belief that it is reliable, bug-free, 
  20. and performs as claimed.
